Who We Are
Vermont Pet Guardians is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue that is deeply community-rooted and dedicated to being a safe haven for at-risk cats and dogs across Vermont.
That means stepping in to help community members who need a little assistance caring for their pets or can no longer care for them, families facing the difficult choice to rehome, and animals pulled from neglect and abuse cases.
We are committed to advocating for animals and their welfare across Vermont, including those caught in the hardships facing our own communities. When a crisis puts an animal at risk, we will do everything we can to be there.
